03 · Provenance

The Gold Coast is not a reference. It is the source.

Ghana’s relationship with gold carries wealth, power, identity and memory. Erick Kraftsman works inside that history, turning local material and cultural ideas into finished pieces made to meet an international standard.

Erick Akonor’s path into jewellery began during a return to Ghana in 2020. Graphic design became CAD, curiosity became production, and a self-taught practice became a jewellery house rooted in Accra.
